Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
This policy explains how Mold Removal Columbus Ohio ("we", "us") handles information when you visit this website or call the number on it.
What Mold Removal Columbus Ohio is
Mold Removal Columbus Ohio is a referral service. We connect people looking for mold removal in Columbus, Ohio with independent local contractors. We do not perform the work ourselves, and the contractor you are connected with is a separate business with its own privacy practices.
Information we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us. When you call, we receive the phone number you call from and the details you describe, such as your name, the location of the property, and what you need done. We do not ask for payment card details.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
We use the details you give us for one purpose: to connect you with an independent local contractor in your area for the mold removal request you described. To do that, we pass your contact details and the description of your request to that contractor so they can speak with you directly.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone other than the contractor we connect you with, our service providers who help operate the phone line and this website, and where the law requires it.
What happens after the connection
Once you are speaking with the contractor, any quote, agreement, scheduling or work is between you and that contractor. Their handling of your information is covered by their own privacy policy, not this one.
How long we keep it
We keep call records and the details of your request for as long as needed to make and support the connection, and to meet our legal obligations, then delete them.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed for it to function correctly. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call the number on this website and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
